Helicopter operators including: Law Enforcement, Med Evac Operators, Air Search & Rescue the   Forestry Service, Off Shore Oil Operators, Logging Companies, Power Companies and a host of others are in demand for replacement pilots. WHY THE NEED  - Because in the past these operators recruited from the military ranks, hiring ex-military helicopter pilots with several thousands of hours experience.   Now most of  these pilots are reaching   retirement age  so the demands for replacement pilots is at an all time high.

Our current military simply does not produce the number of helicopter pilots we once did (say during the Viet Nam era)  so the industry needs to look   at alternative sources to meet their needs.

Our strength is that we have the in house expertise to engineer, design and manufacture our own simulators (helicopter, fixed wing and Jet aircraft).
