For years RealSims has been providing high-end, military grade  flight training systems to the US Military and General Aviation community. Now the company is proud to announce the opening of a State-of-the-art Helicopter Flight Training Center where we offer advanced level pilot training and mission specific virtual training to law enforcement, fire rescue, off shore helicopter operators, homeland security  and the US military.

The new flight training facility is located in beautiful, sunny Central Florida where aviators average 320 clear flying days per year. The Simulator Flight Training  Center  concept is  cost effective alternitive to learning complex procedures in a real aircraft and is based on the following principles:

• To provide a realistic fixed and rotary wing flight training environments using high quality, high fidelity helicopter, single and multi engine aircraft  simulators to reduce costs associated with flying the real aircraft.

• To reduce training costs and maximize retention through  effective utilization of flight simulators on such skills as emergency procedures and other related flying  tasks that require repititive training to master.  Pilots train for: tight quarter flying, adverse weather flying, auto rotations, blade stall emergencies, tail rotar failures and other scenarios that you simply can't safely practice in the real aircraft 

• Dramaticly reduce the overall per hour training cost incurred by the student or pilot taking recurrency training.

• Increase pilot retention levels on difficult tasks and procedures by offering a safe and efficient practice medium to perform complex tasks, procedures and aircraft  handling

• Offer entry level through advanced flight training and time build using combined simulator and loft time in the actual aircraft

• Provide a progressive cost effective path for new students to follow and master   the   skills necessary to obtain, private, commercial pilot, instrument and transition to turbine aircraft  ratings using a combination of  ground school and hands on flying  starting out in part task trainers progressing  to complex high end  simulators for advanced skill mastery.

• Provide dramatic cost savings to Helicopter Operators, Law Enforcement, Med Evac and others by providing customized training programs in full motion simulators reducing maintenance and operational costs associated with training in their fleet aircraft.
